Upon seeing the magnitude of the situation, Luz took advantage of her academic and professional experience and with much – TRUE GRIT – began the reconstruction of her own house. For this purpose, she coordinated the work of more than 15 tradesmen, including plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, installers, among many others. The happiness and satisfaction of seeing her space renovated, under her own experience, her autonomous design and optimizing costs, motivated her to help others to renovate and transform spaces.
She spreads the word among her friends about this job and one of them invites her to do the transformation of a commercial space. This is where her passion and purpose click, making her a commercial space remodeler. She then obtains her license as a general contractor. Since then, the focus of her work has been the transformation and updating of commercial spaces, using her basic premise:
